Ogun State House of Assembly has summoned one Chief Mutairu Owoeye to appear before it on Friday, 27th August, 2021 in consideration of various petitions submitted to the Assembly against him on land grabbing activities.

A release signed by the Clerk of the House of Assembly and Head of Legislative Service, Mr ‘Deji Adeyemo, added that his appearance before the Assembly was essential as non-compliance may attract the invocation of Section 129 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal republic of Nigeria (as amended).

The venue of the meeting is the Conference Room 215 of the State House of Assembly Complex, Oke- Mosan, Abeokuta at 10.00a.m. prompt.
