Ogun State House of Assembly has acknowledged a request from the State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, seeking the screening and confirmation of nominees for some statutory commissions in the State.

A release from the Clerk/ Head of Legislative Service, Mr. Sakiru Adebakin indicated that the list contained in the Governor’s correspondence read at the plenary presided over by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Oludaisi Elemide include: those of Local Government Service Commission having Olubukunola Olivia Onabanjo as Chairman, while Hon. Lukman Olufemi Adiro, Martins Adekoyejo Ijaduoye, Olatunde Azeez Abiodun Osunbiyi and Olatunde Rasaki Rufai would serve as members.

For the State Teaching Service Commission, Apostle Abiodun Sanyaolu would serve as Chairman, while Olanrewaju Majekodunmi, Deola Akintonde, Hon. Adeleke Salmon ( Sonto), Hon. ( Mrs.) Atinuke Bello and Hon. Kemi Oduwole as members.

The State House of Assembly Service Commission has Rt. Hon. Suraj Ishola Adekunbi, as Chairman, while Samuel Ibidapo Odukoya, Alhaji Fasiu Ajadi and Hon. Folakemi J. Akintayo as members.

Also, the State Judicial Service Commission has Hon. Justice M. A. Dipeolu as Chairman, Hon. Justice Femi-Segun A. Olusola, Mr. Olusina Ogungbade, SAN Adeyemi Ademuyiwa, Dr. Saheed Oyede and Adesola Ayoola- Elegbeji, as members

The release enjoined all the nominees to submit their detailed curriculum vitae and other relevant credentials to the Office of the Clerk/ Head of Legislative Service at the Assembly Complex, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta before close of work on Thursday, 27th March, 2025.
