Hon. Soneye Damilola Kayode was born in Lagos on 16th July, 1980. He attended Remo Divisional High School and Rrimoni Comprehensive High School for his secondary education. He obtained his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial and Labour Relations from Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2007. He is happily married with two (2) children.
